Integrity without compromise.

Integrity means more than avoiding deception; it’s being forthright, saying what needs to be said, not just what others want to hear.

Do right by all our customers.

Doing right means prioritizing others’ best interests in every relationship, treating everyone — customers, colleagues, partners and vendors — with equal care and respect.

It’s the people.

We have great people who want to do well, who are capable of doing great things and who come to work fired up to achieve them. Great people flourish in an environment that liberates and amplifies their energy.

Seek the best.

We seek the best in two ways: We cast wide nets to find the best people to hire and the best ideas to adopt and we base decisions regarding them on facts. We acknowledge, appreciate and capitalize on our diverse work force.

Continually improve processes.

How do we know if a process needs improving? The answer: It always does. We can always get better. We strive continually to improve our processes, help people do their jobs better and produce higher quality at lower cost.

Speak, listen and respond.

Managers at Smart City must foster openness, ensuring people feel heard. Listening is just the start; we must also respond with action, acknowledgment or feedback.

Teams work.

Teamwork means focusing on the team’s success, realizing that ultimately the team’s success is your success. It also means that you succeed by helping other members of the team to succeed.

Part of adapting to changing customers’ needs and desires is knowing what our customers want. Smart City Telecom has succeeded, in part, because we actively solicit input from our customers.

Safety

Giving Back

For over 50 years, Smart City has served Central Florida. Our commitment to the state can be seen in our strong leadership, owned network, and growth focus. Smart City’s leadership team works and lives in the community.

Smart City is a member of the U.S. Telecom Association, an influential trade organization in the industry.

Combined Smart City’s leadership team has also served on local chambers and community boards such as Orlando Economic Partnership, Central Florida Foundation, and Children’s Home Society of Florida.

Smart City also contributes to several causes, such as the Heart of Florida United Way, Relay for Life, Superhero Race for Cancer, Special Olympics, and Celebration Annual Marathon.
